  Are you an RTN online banking user? If so, you have access to secure email. Just login to your account and click the Self Service Tab and then click on Compose New Email to write and send your message. Next time you login, you will see a message from us. Go to online banking now.  
   
• Email us your general inquiry via our contact form
  Need to send us a message and you are not an online banking user? No problem just use our contact form and submit your request. Be sure not to include any personal information such as your member number within the form.
