When RTN recently converted to a new Call Center provider – LSI – to help us to streamline and improve the way we answer incoming calls, we also added an instant message feature on our website.
eChat is an exciting new feature offered through LSI. Members and visitors on our website can click the eChat link at the top of each webpage to instant message with a Call Center Representative for account assistance, to get help with Online Banking or information about the Credit Union, any time of day or night. EChat is a secure site so members can be assured their information is protected.
The Call Center provides phone coverage before and after regular business hours, and handles the overflow of calls during the business day. LSI’s clients are credit unions, including some of the largest credit unions in the country so they understand our dedication to our members.
