Branch appointment hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

As we are all aware, things are rapidly changing locally, across the U.S. and around the world due to the Coronavirus pandemic. During this public health crisis, our primary concern is to keep our staff and members healthy and safe. We are continuously monitoring developments and taking appropriate steps as recommended by federal, state and regional officials.
Following the guidelines for limits in public places of no more than ten at a time, we have made the difficult decision that starting on Thursday, March 19, the lobbies of RTN branches will be closed with limited access for specific in-person transactions such as account openings and loan closings.
Until further notice, our branches will not be open on Saturdays and we are not accepting shared branching members in our lobby. However, our drive-up windows in Dorchester and Marlborough are available.
We have set up a dedicated phone number to call and make an appointment if you need to come into a branch. Please call 781-736-9965 to schedule an appointment. We strongly encourage using remote access channels to conduct business.
