Benefits Fairs season is here! This is the time of year when many employers offer their employees Open Enrollment to review their benefits and meet representatives from their benefits partners at Benefits Fairs.
As a workplace benefit for more than 1,100 Select Employer Groups (SEGs), RTN is taking part in more than twenty benefits fairs at a variety of locations before Thanksgiving. This means staff from Business Development, Retail Branches, Lending and Marketing are out and about attending these events.
Through our attendance and participation, we have the opportunity to get RTN in front of employees at our SEGs and promote the Credit Union in their workplace.
Benefits Fairs are held not only during regular business hours, but on weekends and at early morning and evening hours to accommodate different work shifts and staff schedules. As part of our mission to serve our SEGs, we are committed to being onsite at the workplace so that employees can take advantage of the Credit Union as a benefit.
