Benefits Fairs season is almost here. This is the time of year when many employers offer their employees Open Enrollment to review their benefits and meet representatives from their benefits partners at Benefits Fairs.
As a workplace benefit for more than 650 Select Employer Groups (SEGs), RTN is taking part in more than thirty benefits fairs at a variety of locations before Thanksgiving. This means staff from Business Development, Branches, Lending, and Marketing are out and about attending these events.
Through our attendance and participation, we have the opportunity get RTN in front of folks in our Select Employer Groups (SEGs), and promote the Credit Union to employees right in their workplace.
Benefits Fairs are held not only during regular business hours, but on weekends and at early morning and early evening hours as well to accommodate various shifts and work schedules. As part of our mission to serve our SEGs, we are committed to being at their workplaces so that employees can take advantage of the Credit Union as a benefit.
