Safety First: Online Appointments

In response to the rising rates of COVID-19 cases, we have adjusted access to our branches for the safety of members and staff. Transactions requiring the assistance of a Member Services Representative now are by limited-time appointment only.

No appointment is necessary for RTN members and shared branching members  to make quick transactions at the teller window.  These include:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan or credit card payments
  • Account transfers
  • Account balance inquiries
  • VISA credit card cash advances
  • Home Equity Line of Credit cash advances
  • Money orders
  • Cashier checks

You can make an appointment online to visit a branch or you may call a community branch directly.

    I would like to deposit a check by mail.
    Do I need a deposit slip?
    Where do I mail the check?

      Thank you for your question. You can mail your check to the RTN branch closest to you (you can find a list of branches here). Please make sure the check is properly endorsed and indicate that it is for deposit only. If you have an ATM card, you can deposit your check at one of our ATMs.
