Walk Home 2019

It’s time again for Walk Home, RTN’s annual community and fundraising event to help homeless teens and families.

The 9th annual Walk Home 5K (approximately 3-mile route) walk will take place on Sunday, June 9, rain or shine. Walks will be held in three locations with RTN branches: Waltham Common, Danvers Rail Trail and Dorchester Park. Registration starts at 9 am and the Walk begins at 10 am, rain or shine.

Walk Home is a true Team RTN effort, and so many RTN employees contribute in many different ways — taking donations at branches, processing donations, helping to plan the Walks, volunteering at the Walk Home events and walking and fundraising at the Walk events.

Find out how you can get involved by walking, volunteering, sponsoring a walker, donating or becoming a business sponsor.

Hi David: Thanks for your message. Walk Home 2019 is almost here; this Sunday, June 9, we will be walking the Danvers Rail Trail, Dorchester Park and Waltham Common to raise funds for the thousands of kids, families and individuals who experience homelessness each year in Massachusetts. The Dorchester Park location set-up point will be at the Adams Street entrance. Registration is at 9 am and the Walk begins at 10 am. Hope to see you there!
