RTN home loans and mortgages are available for one- to four-family, owner-occupied properties. Home loans with less than 20% equity require Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). The rate can be locked in for up to 60 days, and the mortgage application has an origination fee of $250. Our mortgage professionals will provide you with details as to when the application, appraisal and credit report fees should be paid.

Pre-Approvals

Before you begin looking for a home, be sure to visit our Mortgage Center for a mortgage pre-approval. Pre-approval allows you to negotiate from a position of strength, knowing in advance what you can borrow. You also will be able to determine whether there are any issues or factors (such as credit rating) that need to be addressed before filing a formal home loan application. Mortgage pre-approval is a fee-free service for our members and their families.
