Online Banking & Bill Pay
Get secure access to all of your Credit Union accounts anytime at your personal computer or on your mobile device, with our easy to use online banking and bill pay tools. View savings and loan histories, make loan payments, perform transfers, review balances, send and receive e-mail messages or download data to Quicken software. Pay your bills online with our optional Bill Payer program.
Use our Online Banking and Bill Pay tool to:
- View account balances and make transfers
- View savings, checking with check images, and loan histories
- Make loan payments
- Pay bills online when you add our bill payer service (bill payer is optional and at a nominal cost without direct deposit)
- Conduct Person-to-person payments via a mobile phone number or an email address
- Sending or receiving money to or from your other financial institutions.
- Viewing RTN credit card statements and transactions with a single login
- Ordering checks directly
- Improved check transaction details that are easier to export into Quicken/QuickBooks.
To add the Bill Payer feature just login to Online Banking and click the Bill Payer button. Once enrolled you will have access to our online bill pay tool on your PC/laptop and on your smartphone through our mobile banking app once you download the app and enroll.
Please read these important notices
If you are a current RTN Online Banking user
The first time you log in to the new system:
Use your Logon ID as your User ID and the last six (6) digits of your Social Security number for your initial Password. You will be prompted to reset your Password (must be from 8 to 32 characters with at least one upper and lower case letter, a number and a special character). You also will need to set your Security Questions.
Please note: When you reset your Password, you will be asked to enter your current Password. Your current Password is the last six (6) digits of your Social Security number, NOT the Password you had used before the system conversion on May 21.
If you were an Online Banking user prior to May 21 and your Logon ID is fewer than six (6) digits, please enter in zeros before your User ID to make it six (6) digits.
If you have an RTN credit card and access your account online
You will be able to access your account through RTN Online Banking. You will need to enroll in RTN Online Banking and re-register your RTN credit card at the “Add a Card” page for electronic access.
If you have nicknamed your accounts
You will need to rename them by going to the Settings link at the top of the page. Go to the Accounts section, listed after Profile and Security and Alerts. You will see a list of all your accounts. Click on any account to rename it.
If you use Bill Payer and have set up recurring bill payments
You do not need to take any actions as there is no change to the Bill Payer provider.
If you have bookmarked the current Online Banking page
Your bookmark will no longer be valid once the new system is launched. If you have our current login page bookmarked in your browser, please do NOT login on or after Friday, May 20, and delete your bookmark.
Special instructions for existing Quicken/Quickbook users:
To continue exporting data into Quicken or Quickbooks, you will need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process on or after May 23, 2016. Please note, there is a chance that transactional data may be duplicated when your new account is set up. Documents detailing how to complete this process and preventing duplicate data are available below:
