After the system consolidation on July 1, former Hudson MEFCU members will be able to access theiraccounts the following ways:

Visit an RTN Branch Location/ATM
Conduct your banking transactions at an RTN branch or ATM. Locate an RTN branch or ATM now.

ATM Access
You may continue to conduct ATM transactions with your Hudson MEFCU debit card until 11:59 pm on July 9. During the morning of July 3, your RTN VISA Debit card will be available for use. Please be sure to have activated your RTN VISA card prior to this date.

Deposits
You can make deposits at many RTN ATMs and those ATMs within the NYCE Shared Deposit and MoneyPass Deposit Taking programs.

Surcharge-Free Transactions
In addition to surcharge-free withdrawals at ATMs in the SUM network, members can use their RTN VISA Debit card at two additional surcharge-free ATM networks:

  • Allpoint Network
    All transactions conducted with an RTN VISA Debit card at 55,000 Allpoint Network ATMs are surcharge-free. Participating ATMs are found at CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Shaw’s and Walgreens stores to name just a few locations. Go to AllpointNetwork.com to find an Allpoint ATM near you to conduct your cash withdrawal, balance inquiry and/or account transfer. Please note: Depending upon your RTN account relationship, RTN transaction fees may apply.
  • MoneyPass Network
    Effective upon receipt and activation of your new RTN VISA Debit card, you have surcharge-free access to your account through the hundreds of ATMs participating in the MoneyPass network. MoneyPass ATMs are found at select credit unions and banks. Go to MoneyPass.com to search for MoneyPass ATM locations. Please note: Depending upon your RTN account relationship, RTN transaction fees may apply.

 

CO-OP Shared Branch Network
In addition to RTN’s branches, you have access to your RTN account at thousands of credit union branches nationwide through the CO-OP Shared Branch network. Shared branch access allows you to deposit cash and checks, withdraw funds and/or make a loan payment to your RTN account with a teller at participating credit unions — all free of charge. There are more than 60 shared branch locations in Massachusetts and 5,000 locations nationwide. Find a participating branch near you at CO-OPCreditUnions.org or call 888-287-9475.

To access your RTN account at a shared branch location, all you need is a valid government-issued photo ID and your RTN member number.


Telephone Banking
You can access your account any time of day or night when you use Telephone Banking. Simply call 781-736-9900, Option 5, to obtain account information, transfer funds, make RTN loan payments or request a check to be mailed to your address of record. To use the system, enter your member number and the last four digits of your Social Security number the first time you log in. You will be asked to establish a new PIN. Online Banking
On of after July 1, begin accessing your account online, please visit rtn.org to create an Online Banking account. Click on the Enroll Now link as a first-time user in the Online Banking box. You will need to create a new online logon ID and password to complete the enrollment process.

  • Check Images
    All checks posted to your account starting on July 1 will be available as check images when using Online Banking to view your checking account activity. Simply double-click on the check number to view the image.
  • eDocuments (including eStatements)
    Once enrolled in Online Banking, you can get your RTN statements and other important documents quickly and conveniently by enrolling in eDocuments. You can receive your statements through eStatements, documents (including certificate maturity notices, transfer notifications and monthly loan bills) through eNotices and RTN tax forms through eTax. Sign up by clicking on your savings or checking account when you have logged into Online Banking, then click on the Online statements link.

 

Mobile Banking
Download our latest mobile app from your app store to bank on the go. Use our mobile app to check your balances, conduct transfers, set up alerts, add/pay bills and deposit checks with our remote deposit capture, DeposZip*. If you are an iPhone user, ApplePay is available for your device.
