PLEASE NOTE: Please do not consider your appointment request as confirmed until you have received a follow-up phone call from an RTN staff member. We will be able to confirm your appointment and provide details about your visit once we have spoken with you. We are taking great care to schedule appointments to maximize member and employee safety while providing you with the best experience.

No appointments are needed to make quick transactions at the teller line, including:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan or credit card payments
  • Account transfers
  • Account balance inquiries
  • VISA credit card cash advances
  • Home Equity Line of Credit cash advances
  • Money orders
  • Cashier checks

In addition, many account functions are available through Mobile, Online and Telephone Banking and via ATMs.
