RTN at Work brings the Credit Union directly to our employer groups and their employees wherever they work.
We partner with employers so they can offer their staff the no-cost benefit of Credit Union membership with a variety of services available in the workplace. Statistics have shown that productivity in the workplace is disrupted when employees are distressed and struggling to manage money-related issues. Our digital delivery channels—Virtual RTN at Work and virtual financial education seminars—help strengthen your employees’ financial wellbeing.
We are flexible to arrange Virtual RTN at Work sessions on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis, on a day and time that best suits your scheduling needs. The registration period can be open for up to a month, giving employees the ability to select a time and topic to discuss. A link will be provided to those who register to meet one-on-one to review their financial needs privately and securely with an RTN expert.
Our virtual seminars offer a broad range of financial topics—from home buying and retirement planning to preventing fraud and money management—and your employees can join from their computer, laptop or mobile device. View our current financial education syllabus for your consideration.

Become a SEG
If your organization would like to partner with us as an RTN Select Employer Group (SEG) to provide the benefits of Credit Union membership to your employees, we will work with you to develop a customized partnership. RTN serves more than 1,000 employer groups. To start the process, complete the fillable PDF letter requesting to join RTN’s Field of Membership and mail back to RTN Business Development.
