Secure email via our Internet Banking
Are you an RTN online banking user? If so, you have access to secure email. Just log in to your account and click the Self Service Tab and then click on Compose New Email to write and send your message. The next time you log in, you’ll see a message from us. Go to online banking now.
Email us your general inquiry via our contact form
If you need to send us a message and you’re not an Online Banking user, just use our contact form and submit your request. Don’t include any personal information such as your member number within the form. Go to form now.

To report a lost or stolen RTN Cards
For Visa Credit Cards, call 1-800-449-7728.
For ATM/Visa Debit Cards, call 1-800-338-0221, ext. 9939 (during normal business hours).
To activate and select your PIN for your new ATM/Debit Card
For new cards, please call 1-800-237-9298 to activate your card and select your PIN. Also use this number for an existing card that needs a new PIN.
