Secure email via Online Banking
Are you an RTN Online Banking user? If so, you have access to secure email. Just log in to your account and click the on the green envelope to compose new email to write in and send your message. The next time you log in, you’ll see a message from us. Go to Online Banking now.
Email us your general inquiry
If you need to send us a message and you’re not an Online Banking user, just email email@example.com and submit your request. Don’t include any personal information such as your member number within the form as it is an unsecured form of communication.

To report a lost or stolen RTN Cards
For VISA Credit Cards, call 866-820-4849
For ATM/VISA Debit Cards, call 781-736-9900, option 4 (during normal business hours).
To activate and select your PIN for your new ATM/Debit Card
For new cards, please call 800-237-9298 to activate your card and select your PIN. You can also use this number for an existing card that needs a new PIN.
