A Credit Union branch is in the palm of your hand with Mobile Banking! Our mobile app lets you:

  • View account balances and transactions
  • View multiple account that you are on and Make transfers between them
  • Set up alerts such as travel and low balance alerts from the settings button
  • Add our Bill Pay feature to pay bills on the go
  • Enroll for DeposZip to make multiple remote check deposits into your account from your device
  • Enroll in eDocuments for online statements, tax forms and notices

Now that RTN is Merrimack Valley Credit Union (MVCU), the RTN mobile app has been updated with a new look and co-branded with MVCU. Other features include:

  • New combined look and updated design
  • Ability to request a removal of your member number from app enrollment
  • Ability to customize your account views on the new dashboard screen

If you currently use our mobile app, you will be prompted to update the app when you log in after June 1, 2023. Please download and install this important update so you may continue to manage your account as usual. You must have an account number to get started and a phone or device with the ability to receive text messages.

To download our mobile app, visit your app store and search for RTN Mobile. Be sure the operating system on your mobile device is up to date.

Apple version 10.00.10 – Latest Operating system: 16.5
Apple devices: Go to Settings, General and then About to find out the operating system your device is using. If you need to update, go to Settings, General then System Update.

Android version – Latest Operating system: 12
Android devices: Go to Settings, About Phone, then Software Information to find out the operating system your device is using. If you need to update, go to Settings, Software Update and download latest version.
